Coronavirus (COVID-19)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Please contact our practice to postpone your appointment if:

You are unwell, including but not limited to symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath.

You have had any contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

You have had direction from NSW Health with relation to current cases (review NSW Health directives - nsw.gov.au/covid-19/latest-news-and-updates)

During this period, our cancellation policy will not be enforced if you are rescheduling due to illness.

As always, the safety of our patients, their families and our staff are our top priority. For this reason, please follow our appointment guidelines;

COVID 19 Screening – if you have returned from overseas in the last 14 days, have been in contact with a confirmed COVID 19 case, have had direction from NSW Health with relation to current cases, or are experiencing any fevers or respiratory symptoms (even if only mild), we will be required to reschedule your appointment.

Wear a mask when entering our clinic and until instructed otherwise by our team.

Temperature checking – all patients, family members and staff will be checked upon entering the practice.

Check in via the QR code on our door upon entering our clinic.

Attend your appointment on time. Please wait in your car if you have arrived early to avoid congestion in our waiting room.

We ask that patients attend alone to help us maintain social distancing in our clinics. Minors are to be accompanied by one guardian.

From our entire team, we’d like to thank you for your patience during these difficult times. We’d also like to thank you for your cooperation in helping us ensure the safety of our community. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to send us a message or give us a call.

We look forward to seeing you all again!
